The Bestop Rear Window replacement # B354-24 will only work with the Bestop Replace-A-Top # B5136401 which is for certain model Chevy Tracker, Geo Tracker, and Suzuki Sidekick models. This absolutely will not fit your Jeep.

People should never mess with a mans vehicle. For replacement side windows for the rear I have included a link to the options. There are different windows for different soft top roofs but they come in kits. Just one side is not available by itself.
If it is a front window then that is a different story. I have included a link to those options as well. Front upper doors/windows are available by themselves.

If your soft top on your 2003 Jeep Wrangler is stock then it was made by Bestop (it will be branded Mopar), the same company that makes the rear windows, # B5870935. All of the aftermarket windows are tinted. Only the factory ones come in clear.

It sounds like you are needing the Rampage Replacement Windshield Channel # RA901001. This will replace your old or damaged factory windshield channel so that you can attach the factory or Rampage soft top to the Jeep.
